Stanley Christopher Hi neighbor. I own/manage several rental in quincy braintree. Rental stays pretty strong in our areas. If your sfh is in good condition, with 3 bed and 1.5 bath I think $2500 is fair. You however can't compare sfh to brand new built condo unit though. That's apple to orange. If you have made up your mind to rent it, all you need to do is put it on market and wait until you meet the right Tenants that you feel comfortable letting them live there. You always have the choice to pick the right tenants. = ) Let me know if you have any specific rental questions.

@Demjan Van Der Kach

Hey there, I'm with you. I'm pretty new to this note fund investment myself too. With all the reviews and recommendation other investors input in BP, I gave PPR a try.  I think PPR really tries everything they can to win the investor's trust. To be on the safe side, I always diversify as much as I can.... so I have reached out to different online investment platforms like PoL, Yieldstreet etc... PPR has the best customer service that either you prefer phone convo or email they do it the way you prefer. Very reasonable reply time and they answered my questions well. I received a nice gift from PPR too for the holiday. I'm waiting on my first interest payment 1/1/2017 but from all other PPR investors' input I'm pretty at ease that I'll get the payment on time. So far so good.... the website has given me most info I needed, pretty transparent about what they do and after watching a couple youtube video Dave Van Horn explaining about note investments, I sorta starting to understand how PPR can sustain paying investor 12%.... and yea.. I really like the 12% passive return.. i think I will add more capital to PPR later.. but again,,, always diversify IMO...  My thinking is... if I'm investing 100k ... if I put 20k into each platform,, and for platforms like PoL that I can do 5k per project... this will greatly diversity the investment to minimize possible loss. Well ,, just my 2cents. = )     I do think you should try PPR though.

@Scott M.

I  have been watching youtube about investing in Note since I found out PPM about 2 weeks ago. I'm too green to share anything about Note. But I have been investing in real estate for a while.....so at least I have some related experience. From listening to what the Note experts said on youtube, it sounded like it is a good business/investment. I have tons of questions and hope I can attend one of those Note school one day. To me, it is like a level up from doing buy/hold / flip etc. I'm very interested.

I'll share my happiness when I receive my first monthly interest = )   Tiny amount but hey, I'm happy with every dollar as long as they are passive income = )

@Brent Olsen

@Bob Malecki

I just invested 10k the minimum to test it  out. How about you guys? I do agree with everyone here that their customer service is by far the best I have ever had comparing to any other online investment platform. Which gave me some sort of confidence. I'm trying to learn and understand Note a bit more too myself. Hopefully I can upgrade myself from investing in real estate to Note in a year or so.....  Good luck to all of us = )

@Chris Murphy

Hi Chris, yes, I'm affiliated with a real estate office. Before you become a broker and have your own office you need to be affiliated with a broker licensed real estate office to do sales.

You can certainly get the license to only help yourself invest. That's pretty much how I started. But I guess when opportunity knocks, you won't say no to commission = )

Feel free to PM me to chat more Chris.
