I would say Vinyl windows!! Central Florida!!! Naaa  I don't really know!! If you were somewhere in Canada I would have suggested Canglow Windows and Door ( http://canglow.ca/  ) . They are my personal dealers and always my choice any day. These companies even offer you lifetime warranty. Whatever you go for,  I suggest , choose energy efficient windows and door for they would help you cut down 30 percent of your cost !!  :)

Using vacant land to use as collateral isn't a really bad option if there nothing much you can do with land other than farming. But again Purchasing a vacant land may or may not be good idea. Depends how you intend to use it, the type of renting. You have to more specific here, for precise answers!!!

Depends.  We have a two storey building on rent. Every year there is an of 30- 40 percent on the rent amount as the agreement signed.
