My other top sources are bandit signs and internet marketing.

I love Sean Terry's advice. I would have to say that it all depends on how the direct mail is presented. Also, who you're targeting matters. Yellow paper with handwriting, short simple & genuine would make the most sense to me.

Sean Terry? Omg! --) Sean, you are the whole reason I became interested in REI. You're free blueprint about "How to Quit your Job in 19 weeks," Is a great eye opener of a book! I find direct mail, using Sean Terry's advice, works. Okay, maybe my P.O.V. Is a bit biased, but honestly Mr. Sean Terry. I love you're Flip2Freedom.com program and books. I'm a beginner in the whole process, but I'm loving all I'm learning.

why not do some wholesale deals for a few months and save the cash to invest in your first fix and flip? I'm new here and have no actual experience yet, but this makes the most sense to me.

Hi everyone! I'm a newbie here and very new to REI in general. Although I have no actual experience yet, I felt like I needed to respond to his question, my two cents, or my 'true sense,'is below,

"A bit of common sense, and intelligence, go a long way"
