Hey guys finally got going. I Did my homework and now I am ready to make offers on those properties tomorrow. My offers being as low as they are about 55% under value..made me a bit nervous to present them...can anyone share negotiating experiences maybe from your first offers. I guess any help with presenting will help thanks in advance hope that was clear.
