@Nick C. Hi, thanks for your reply! I am looking into getting my real estate license but still have yet to bite the bullet, for a few different excuses (money, currently in school, etc). I've been told that the best thing to do in wholesaling (or REI in general) is to just jump in and do it because you'll learn along the way, so that's what I've kind of been focusing on. That being said, what kind of jobs do you recommend I look into? If I'm being honest (and I may be over-thinking it), I'm worried about getting a job for a wholesaling company, and the possibility of burning important bridges in the industry when I do leave to start wholesaling on my own.

@Rick Pozos Hi! Thank you for your reply. I’m not exactly sure what happens once you secure a contract. I know you have to find a cash buyer, but what’s the in between process? If you have to close within a certain amount of days but can’t find a buyer, what happens when time runs out?

Hi all,

I am brand new to the idea of real estate investment and am looking into wholesaling. I’ve done quite a bit of research, but there are still gaps in my knowledge that I’m trying to fill in. Is there anyone out there who would be willing to help me gain a little bit of insight on the business? Also anyone else in San Antonio who would be willing to help me get started? Thank you so much in advance to anyone who responds!
