Hey guys, so I just recently started marketing around town with a bunch of signs offering cash for destroyed or ugly homes for my wholesale real estate endeavors. I spent all day yesterday strategicallY placing them in high traffic areas. As I was working around town placing the signs where I thought I can land many eyeballs — it did hit me that perhaps someone or a group of people might take them down. It’s a thought that ran through my mind but I didn’t let it go. So, today I drove back to all of the places I put them and sure enough some of them were taken down and some were even messed with. I had a hunch feeling this was going to happen so I wanted confirmation. I quickly realized that this might be the obstacle moving forward so I wanted to get an constructive feedback from those that have done this and dealt with it while overcoming it. I’m thinking my next step should be target corner properties and speaking to the owners about placing my signs on their yard while paying them for the time period I’m wanting. Any thoughts?
