I have been looking for forclosed properties in El Paso also and so far have found nothing

I am looking for an investment group to join, how has your search come along? I wil gladly join any real estate group at thit time, if it fits what I want to do

My wife is not too keen in investing in real estate, she just wants me to stay in the army and depend on them untill I reach retirement. How can I convince her to agree with me about investing in real estate, also how can I get her to read any of the investing books that I have read in order to have a remote understanding as to waht I want to do?

I havn't been able to locate one, is there a site you would suggest I go to in order to make a better search,m I found others in Texas, just none in El Paso. I have also considered starting one myself but then I really don't know where to begin with that either

How would I go about locating tax leans in the El Paso area, I have contacted the county tax comissioners office as well as the agent/broker they referred me to and got nowhere, any help would be appriciated

after you find them, how do you approach them and get them interested in what you have to offer?

First off I am Andrew, I am a soldier and am In El Paso TX. I have always been interested in real estate investing and finally decided to get off my butt and get out there and make a better life for my wife and future child. I al always looking for properties and am always open to partnering in deals. If I can help in any way I will be more than willing to do so.
