@Jonathan Perham Hi Jon! I’m a Denver area realtor and also investor. I have my own rental/investment properties and work with homebuyers and investors. I know of a S Denver property in a great location/neighborhood under 400k that would definitely need a rehab but has good potential ROI. I’d love to connect if you’re interested.
