I emailed the county’s water department. I can’t remember what I said but you might can find samples on Google. I didn’t mention anything about being an investor though.

There’s a way around this! Every state law is different though. This morning I watched a video that I think will help you with this. It tells you exactly what to do.

The way I got mine was I Googled my county's water department. There should be a form on their website to fill out to obtain this list.

Yes, Google your county water department. There should be a form that you can fill out to obtain that list. I just did it myself.

I just received my water shut off list from my county. There's over 1400. I'm not sure what to look for to qualify them for a mailing campaign. I know I don't want to contact the homes that are 3 million. I came across one that was an Estate of a deceased but they're already working with an agent and have a pending offer. Any other ideas on what to look for? I'm new to wholesaling. Thanks.
