Only 3 SITTING presidents have won the Nobel Peace Prize:

Woodrow Wilson
Theodore 'Teddy' Roosevelt
Barack Obama

Do they share anything in common? I say yes.
Though they are 2 Dems and 1 Rep, all 3 are very liberal progressives.

Can anyone recall a political persona we would call a conservative ever winning the prize?

I will start with two simple questions:

Are we at war?

Is President Obama the Commander in Chief?

Ah... I see.

There are a few competing strategies found here. They are not necessary mutually exclusive, in that, you do not need to pick only one.

I, for one, am a buy-and-hold investor.

I have one commerical property. So, I wouldn't say I am involved in commercial. In our area, there are tons of vacant commerical buildings, yet the prices have not dropped to reflect the vacancy.

What are you feeling out?

I have given this a lot of thought over the last few months.

With two small children in school (kdg & 4th grades) I am concerned that they will also be forced to get the shot.

I have decided that we, as a family, will not participate.
