Thank you Karen, I don't think I've inspired anyone before. :) Thank all of you for the site suggestions, they have a 2000 square feet home for 25k on realetor! That's probably more than I need though. It's always better to get a real house rather than a mobile, right?

Thank Jon! That topic was exactly what I want to do. Glad to hear it's a real way to do it... I wasn't sure if it was just a crazy idea I had. Nick, I'm not sure how the market in kingman is, I know we have a lot of foreclosures for under 40k. After reading that other topic, 40k sounds expensive! I wonder if I can find one for 10-15k?

This is exactly what i'm trying to do! I'm 21 and make 8.90 an hour I've saved up 14k in the last year and a half and i'm wanting to find a really cheap foreclosure, fix it up then rent it out then start the process over again, hopefully saving quicker from the rental.

Hey Jon, my plan is to buy a foreclosure that's under 40k and put a lot down so my payments are easy to manage, then once it's all fixed up rent it out until it's payed off than start the process again. I won't be able to go to Denver summit, it would be way over my head as of now.

Hey guys, i'm a 21 year old living in Kingman, Az with a pretty much minimum wage job. The only thing I've got going for me is that i'm good at saving money. I have $14,000 Saved up and I am planning on buying a cheap forclosure. I wanted to ask, if you were in my shoes, what would you do?
