Looking for a property management company in Santa Cruz California.  Looking to use Shoreline Property Management.  Has anyone used them, if so can you recommend them?  I would be interested in other recommendations.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks @Michael Hastings @Thomas S.@Shawn Ackerman

@Shawn Ackerman@Francis B. and @Ali Boone  Advice is greatly appreciated.  I felt like getting a loan wasn't the way to go.....just needed confirmation.

Hi BP Community,

Here's a random question.  I have a TDI Diesel car that VW is buying back for approximately $28K.  I am looking for a replacement car.  I was thinking it would be nice to use that cash towards another property! But, I can't do without a car.  Dealers are offering 0-1.5% financing.  Should I do a car loan for the next couple of years and use the 28K to buy another rental property?  I have my own company and write off a portion of my car.  Not usually a fan of car loans or leases but I am tempted with OPM that's so cheap.

Thanks,

Heidi

Thanks @Lance Lvovsky I will talk to my CPA and see if he can be of more help.

Thanks @Xin Jin.  I agree it is very personal.  It would be nice to have someone to review our big picture and advise us on different strategies.

@Account Closed we believe our advisor has our best interest in mind but is not confident in what we are doing with our real estate investing.

Hi BP Community,

We are looking for recommendations for a real estate friendly financial adviser.   We could use some help looking at our total financial picture and goals as we approach retirement.  We have a strategy but want a second opinion on this strategy and how our investments are allocated.  Our financial planner who oversees our stock portfolio isn't very supportive of our real estate investing. They tell us we are too heavily invested in real estate and should put more money in stocks. Being an Architect and Designer we of course feel more comfortable with real estate.  We have recently grown our real estate investing with the tools and information from Bigger Pockets.  Could we retire sooner if we do more!

We live in the Berkeley California area and have investments in CA and in Oklahoma.  Any personal recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
