Retirement / Financial Adviser Recommendation

Hi BP Community,

We are looking for recommendations for a real estate friendly financial adviser.   We could use some help looking at our total financial picture and goals as we approach retirement.  We have a strategy but want a second opinion on this strategy and how our investments are allocated.  Our financial planner who oversees our stock portfolio isn't very supportive of our real estate investing. They tell us we are too heavily invested in real estate and should put more money in stocks. Being an Architect and Designer we of course feel more comfortable with real estate.  We have recently grown our real estate investing with the tools and information from Bigger Pockets.  Could we retire sooner if we do more!

We live in the Berkeley California area and have investments in CA and in Oklahoma.  Any personal recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
