 Yup, crumpled cheeseburger wrappers...

 Looks like the yellow ones are McChicken sandwiches. The white ones are definatly double cheese burgers. This thread makes me want to stop eating at mcdonalds. For what this guy spent on garbage he could have paid off the house. Im glad you guys are stepping in to alleviate it.

It has been awhile since I had one, but regular cheeseburgers had yellow wrappers.

Enjoyed two McDoubles for lunch today.  :-)

Since I really don't know much about the railroad industry, the first thing I would do is research what (if any) regulations exist regarding what can be transported via train through residential areas.

Not only do you have the concern of kids playing on the tracks, but the potential of derailment with hazardous or flammable materials.

I am sure I am in the minority here, but it isn't a goal of mine.

Excellent discussion

I never would have expected to see "eye candy" and "mobile homes" in the same sentence.

I suggest sending out postcards to an area. Be sure to put a return address on the cards. Since USPS typically doesn't deliver to vacant homes, you will get a stack of undelivered cards back marked "VAC" or something like that. Easiest way I know to find vacant homes...

Or the carrier will toss the undeliverable junk mail into the trunk of his car.

I bet the tenant is married and just figured it was earlier than lifting the toilet seat.  :-)

@Terry Burger

Were you able to find out the details of his conviction?

If I was unable to find out more, I would definitely bail on the deal.  If I found out more and it was a horrific scenario, I would definitely bail.

If I found out more and it was a teenage boyfriend/younger girlfriend thing where the parents freaked out, I would stay the course.

Have you never watched Law & Order SVU?

I was there too and I won the box of Godiva choclates :)

Tufan

 The prices for a box of Godiva chocolates range from $3.99 to $375.00 (per website).  If you went home with the $375 box, then the price for the seminar was money well spent.  Somehow I think you probably got a box in the $10 to $20 range.
