@David Murphy thank you! I have read both Rich Dad Poor Dad and Richest Man in Babylon, they’re both phenomenal. I will look into those two by J Scott you suggested. Are there any others that you recommend for raising capital ?

Newbie investor looking to do his first flip this year. Any pointers or advice from those who have experience with flips would be very welcomed. My biggest concern at the moment is estimating the rehab costs.
