@Tim Cook totally agreed! I am currently building out the team and the foundation so that I can step into it. And you couldn’t be more right that reliable and affordable contractors are hard to find. Hopefully I can use this platform to find and build a great team !

@Eric Morel 100% agreed. I’m in the same stage. Building up a team is the most important because you can’t do everything yourself and they will be your support throughout.

@Alicia Marks I have narrowed down to Single Family for now because I have worked alongside some realtors who dealt with SFRs so I have a good idea about it.

I am going to a local meetup next week so hopefully can network around but thats great advice. I’d be very interested in looking at some of the rehab projects in the DFW Area. Would you recommend I look just in the area for my first property so that its easier to manage?

I live in the DFW Area and its a nightmare here with very elevated prices for all properties. I am planning to buy my first rental property in a few months so want to ask what will be a good market to look into for my first deal.
