you didn’t mention the cost of the class you take before the exam, the fingerprints and application fee.

No savings, own a home but no equity, can’t house hack. Should I sell my current home for a duplex to house hack in order to create a savings for an investment property?

Hello BP, I’m new to the website and new to investing/real estate investing. I wish I had known about this years ago but now that I do I want to do this full time. I’m here to learn and work my way up.
