Hey Sonny! Welcome to biggerpockets! Have you ever looked in the Inland Empire or High Desert? It's much cheaper than LA County, and I've seen some good opportunities come through the office.

Hey Gus! I'm currently working with a contactor in Redlands that's absolutely amazing. I don't think he stretches all the way to OC but I can ask him if he has any recommendations for contactors out in that area!

Welcome Cedric! Glad you chose to post here at biggerpockets. Everyone here is very helpful and supportive. I see that you're in OC, which can be expensive. Have you ever thought about looking in the Inland Empire, since it's a bit cheaper? I am a Loan Officer in San Bernardino County, and the real estate agents I work with are always coming across solid deals here and there. Feel free to reach out to me for insight about the IE.

Hello Everyone!

I am a newly licensed MLO looking for a top producing loan officer who is in need of an assistant. When I was 19, I became a real estate agent, unfortunately it was not a good fit for me and I eventually let my license expire. I decided to get my MLO license and pursue lending instead. Currently I own one out of state rental and am planning to buy more. If you have any questions regarding my experience please feel free to reach out.

Best Regards,

Harrison Colunga
