Hi, I'm an out of country investor from Canada looking for Hard Money Lenders who will do loans for income properties bought in Ohio. I have no US credit, no SSN and no US address.

I signed up with a group in based out of Columbus where I'm investing for a 90day bootcamp challenge. They also have a mastermind that's similar in price to Thach's program. Let me know if you join and hoe you like it. Haven't ruled it out yet. I agree that you need a mentor in this business and even the greatest investors have mentors.
