Areas to invest

As a first time out of town investor, I'm considering Columbus Ohio. What neighborhoods should I consider for LTR and using the BRRR strategy.

@Harris Constantatos

There are several areas that work great for BRRRR and everyone has their own opinions. In general I think B-/C+ and C areas will do the best due to rising rates and wanting more cash flow.

My top B-/C+ areas are Milo Grogan, North Linden, Southern Orchards, Reeb Hosack, South of Main, and Franklinton. My top C areas are North Hilltop, South Hilltop (south of sullivant), Whitehall, Driving/Deshler Park, and Linden.

I can send you a more detailed breakdown of the B-/C+ and C areas on a map too.
