@Patrick M. Highly appreciate your help. I called OWASA and they said they can tear apart the house if necessary. I am going to back out. Since you are also in CH, how about grabbing a cup of coffee sometime?

Trying to buy first single family rental property in Chapel Hill, NC. Found in the survey that sewer line run under the house. Was closing in 10 days. Advice please?
