Land Contract Terms Now Available!

Purchase price $16,500.00 with $3,500.00 down payment. Seller is financing $13,000.00 at $500.00 a month for 26 months at 4.5% interest. Interest will be added to the monthly payment. At the end of the land contract buyer will receive a warranty deed.
Few more details, the $500.00 a month doesn't include taxes or insurance. Buyer has to pay these outside the monthly payment and show proof via USA mail to seller that they are paid. To view this property proof of down payment and employment is required. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
We also have an application process that has to be completed once you view the house. My attorney that handles the land contracts charges $175.00 which is an end buyer's charge. Do not contact me trying to change the terms of the land contract, not going to happen.

is there a way to get around paying the down payment.. im new so im still figuring things out
