hey BP my questions is, can a person who use to be a real estate agent still access the mls?

I have a family member who use to work for real estate company but she quit not to long ago, i was wondering would she still have access to the mls

@Steve Vaughan thank you for the kind words and yes im already writing up some ads to be printed, just seems hard but ive had many problems that ive solved before just have to keep working hard and get out there

Im doing so much reading and watching videos on rei and i just feel lost.. it seems that everyone has money and the perfect line of credit or some giving them a big lump sum of money.. but me im working a part time job trying to save every penny i get and cant do that because im up to my neck in bills.. i know when theres a will theres a way but i feel like im knocking on a door with no answer.. feeling lost and out of options... but i will keep trying until something happens... any advice

@John Mathewson yes I would love some help.. I'm trying to get in the business the best way I can and with the little knowledge I do have.. I've been doing some research and coming with some advertisement but still haven't taken the steps yet.. If you know any I would very much appreciate it and hopefully we can do business together

Can anyone tell me a time where they had 100% seller Finance, 

What was some of the steps you took to make the deal happen..

How did you advertise or come across the seller
