My brother is currently serving the country in England. In the near future, he plans to move back to the States and live in Richmond. He's looking to connect with a reputable RE agent who can work with him on his criteria and view potential deals as he deliberates what property to purchase.

Excellent, @Nicholas Sheridan, Jr.! For the LLC transfer, did you have to pay any transfer/recordation fees? Did you transfer the title policy and insurance policy to the LLC? Lender okay'd the LLC transfer?
