Hello - I'm looking for a recommendation for a RE attorney in Hudson County. I just placed an offer on a property in Bayonne and it got accepted. What is the average price they charge?

Thank you in advance.

Hey guys...how are you all doing?

I am looking to apply the BRRR strategy that Brandon mentions a lot. I am looking to purchase a multifamily through an FHA loan. My order of prefrence in terms of where i want to buy are Hudson, Bergen, Union, and Essex County.

I would like to work with an agent who can help me out with this.

Thanks

Thanks for your input guys.

Like I said, after talking to a few people, my understanding was, and i could be wrong, that by being an assistant and paying a fee for it...I would get my own access with user id and password. Again I could be wrong.

Hearing what you all have to say, though, I think the best thing to do is find a investor friendly real estate agent to help me with comps in exchange for me to list my deals through him....until I get my own license.

Hello everyone.

After attending a few meeting and talking to various people, I was told here in New Jersey that you can get MLS access by becoming an assistant to a real estate agent for a fee of $50 a month. What do you guys know about this? If this is true, is there a real estate agent here or if you know of one that is willing to help me out with this?

With my current work schedule it will take me several months to get my real estate licence and I dont want to wait that long.

Please advise

Thanks
