I wanted to bump this topic as it's been a few years.

Does anyone have a great CRM platform they are using to keep organized? Any programs great for multi-family investing or residential investing?  Anything geared toward property management or Landlording would be appreciated!

Hey! I used to live in Sparta, Wisconsin believe it or not! Interesting question.  I believe some of the guests on the podcast have talked about buying large quantities of homes, but if I recall correctly, they were all units in a living community.  I'm sure if you keep looking and poking around on the site, you're bound to find a buyer.

Hi Jon - welcome to BP.  The advice I can offer is start with education.  There is a TON of information to be found in the blogs, forums and especially the podcasts.  They have close to 200 episodes, so I recommend browsing the titles and finding the ones that catch your attention.

Welcome Dave!  You'll find tons of great information for landlords on this site and how to acquire new properties.

welcome! Andre must be a great friend for recommending such a useful site :)  There is tons of information to read through on here, and I highly recommend the podcasts.  Josh and Brandon are goofy an easily distracted lol but relateable and they ask the best questions of their guests.  I just sift through and pick a topic I find interesting.

i agree. i know a friend whose parents own a unit near the U of M campus but a bit removed. They got lucky and a rail station was built right outside their building! I can only imagine that dramatically increases the value of the property rather than hurt it!
