Post: House Hacking in Seattle?

Hi @Julien Jeannot,

My accomplishment is to get myself a multiple source of income. I've visited Seattle a couple times and I think the area is very developing. So many international students went there for school. I'm thinking to house hack a property near UW or anything Seattle area but preferably new buildings. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hey, I'm planning to buy a property in Seattle, WA area.

Any one of you familiar with the area? If so, which area is the best for investing?

I'm thinking maybe around UW area or Bellevue?

Thank you!

Hey, I'm pretty new here.

Is it possible to house hack a condo? Considering insane property prices in SoCal.

I need advice!

Thanks.

Hey, I'm pretty newbie in this field.

I want to know what things should I check on a real estate agent before work together with them?

I just don't want to get scammed.

Thanks!

Hey, I'm trying to buy my first ever property and I'm thinking Pasadena, CA would be the right market since it has the greatest college in the area (Pasadena City College), close to Downtown LA, it also has one of the best art universities (Art Center) in the country. Anyone knows an agent around this area? Thanks!

Hey @Devin Peterson ,

What do you mean by primary residence? is that a multi-family property?

Sorry for my newbie question.

I really want to understand the business :)

Hey @Nolan Chandler

Thanks for replying to my post.

Yes, I'd like to go more detail about house hacking with you.

I think I'm having a hard time in analyzing which deals are good enough to buy. Also, how to know if the area that I'm interested in is good? What indicators that I should check?

Thanks!

Thanks @Randall Alan for replying my question. I have tons of question in my head right now. I'm very very new in this field and really want to get serious in the business!

Hey, can someone please tell me what to analyze in buying a duplex/triplex/four-plex house? What are the risks? How to find tenants? How to calculate the profits? Thanks!
