I have all COs. Thats's why I am so confused.

I am in NJ. We received CO but inspector gave me a violation due to 3 year inspection. So now I received court appearance. Is it a normal practice and what to expect? Did anyone have experience with this issue? Do I need a lawyer? How much will it cost me??

I have all records of phone calls and follow-ups.

Hi, I own MF in NJ and rents were severely undermarket. I renovated the whole building and increased rents to market value. Tenants complained to the township about high rent increase and dont want to leave even though I gave them 2 months. Is there anything else to do except for applying for eviction?

Ro Maga, Yes I have the same problem. They are doing investigation and telling me it's commercial and not residential. I am trying to explain it's residential. Thinking of changing PSEG for someone else.

Is PSEG the only company or could I change to different company?

Thank you for reply. It's a residential MF. I was told by PSEG that as I am the owner, the common area is business and they charge me at business rate.

Hi, I bought a building where I have common area and basement. Is common area considered Residential or business? PSEG charge me gas and electricity as business. Any input appreciated.
