I've been looking into becoming a real estate agent in Wisconsin, and am looking for advice on how to become one, from someone's personal experience, how they went about it, what they did or didn't do, and what they like or don't like about it.

Hello Everyone,

My husband and I just closed on our first rental property, and so far have a great prospective tenant. We are looking for a real estate lawyer around the Madison WI area, that will be able to help us create a lease. We are looking for someone who is investor and landlord savvy.
