In one of the BP Podcast episodes (I can't remember the number) the guest talked about getting banks to refinance within a considerably shorter time frame. I think that may have set me up for a bit of an unrealistic expectation on how this usually works... Thanks, again!

Hey friends! We bought a duplex in March with the plan of BRRRing our way to property number two. Unfortunately, we cannot find a lender who is interested in refinancing before we hit 6 months of ownership. Can you recommend a lender who may be more open to doing that sooner?
