Hello, Everyone.

My name is Dave.  I am looking for other Note Investors in CT or surrounding states to have a regular meetup starting this July.  If interested in discussing and/or learning about note investing please reach out to me either here or Facebook.   We can plan on it very low key while presenting details about dissecting deals, how to fund deals, and this will serve as a great tool for networking.  If there is enough interest I can even have guests come present to the club.

Matt, you do not need to be a broker (at least how I understand it), but a broker can help find you deals and be a great source for lead generation.

@Nicole Grenier What part of West Hartford are you looking in?  Bishops Corner or more towards Blue Back?  I drive those streets all the time looking for the same as you.

Hello fellow CT investors.  I am looking for an investment group to join.  Or we can start a new mastermind group to exchange all real estate investment strategies; flip, buy and hold, multi-families, commercial, bridge loans and whatever else is out there.  I am new to real estate investing and open to talking about all kinds of ways to create cash flow.
