I was interested in Smith Falls as it has a satellite campus and a growing cannabis industry.

Hey guys, just want to introduce myself.

I own a landscaping company in the Ottawa region and have been listening to a lot bigger pockets podcasts to educate myself. Ottawa's a little pricey for me right now so I'm looking at Windsor, ON and some properties in the US as well. 

Complete beginner at this but looking forward to potentially working with some of you in the future and adding value as I learn more!
