@Jon Klaus its located in Lane, SC. Just a lot of trees and open land. No houses. Just to give you an idea of how rural it is, the closest movie theater is about 2 hours away and theres no walmart. I was thinking of possibly starting a fish farm or hunting grounds.

So I have 80 acres of land in rural South Carolina at my disposal. The only problem is that it is so rural that I have no idea what to do with it. Any suggestions??

Hello everyone this is my first post, but i have been a member for about a year now. Biggerpockets is filled with great information but unfortunately I have not found an answer to my question.

I have a list of properties that are delinquent or late on their taxes. Any advice or suggestions on how to scrub the list? A criteria for what to look for would be very helpful, i.e time of delinquency, including or excluding llc, delinquency amount, etc, etc. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have been a member for a while but this is my first post!

I found a list of properties for my county that may be delinquent on their property taxes. What is the best way to sort/scrub this list for the best deals? Is there a certain criteria that I should sort for? Any information or help would be greatly appreciated!
