These responses are fantastic. It gives me hope to pull off my first REI. I'm selling my condo to by my first 4-Plex. I plan to live in one of the units until I find the next rental. Growing up my family had rentals and I am ready to get back in the game.

Hello Everyone!

I stumbled accross this website this morning. I am new to propoerty investing and am currently selling my business after 15 years in the insurance industry as an employee and agency owner. I think now is a great time to take a new direction in my life and business. I look forward to leaning new things and connecting with everyone.
