About setting goals, I recommend you read (or download an audible version) of the 10X rule, and The One Thing. It will give you different perspective on goals and task settings.

Good for you for starting at such a young age, I am only 25 and felt the 'crutch' for business and RE early on. I hope you act on it and follow through.
