Actually i want to buy properties and hold them for the rental cashflow as so many immigrants in canada and students can take take them on rental very easily and i want to purchase the properties either near college or university

Iam a student just completed my studies in construction project management from fanshawe college in London, Ontario ( Canada) migrated from India in 2018.

I am very firm to became a real estate investor and i got this strong motivation from rich dad poor dad book and now from Brandon turner's webinars.

I know how to analyse a deal and run the numbers and want to invest in partnership so as to divide the money and risk of 1st deal and has a confusion how to find local real estate investors so that i can learn from them.
