Very likely yes, I'm currently waiting for the short sale lender to share an appraisal done by them last week so I can be more intelligent on an acceptable offer price range .

Hi Clint,

The property is in Probate (All approved Full Authority) also a short sale (reverse mortgage so it a quick short sale process) and also just went into foreclose with sale date set for April 10.

As per sellers request we are trying for retail buyers first (the property will most likely pass an  inspection for conventional financing)
