Youngbuyer

You can't find these in the yellowpages? I know of at least 3 in my immediate vicinity (SouthEast CT). Call any lawyer and ask for referrals to RE lawyers.

I'm not sure what you mean by cheap; most charge about the same amount and my RE lawyer only charges for closing a sale. Any counseling, research, advice he has for me is usually next to nothing.

Maybe you could barter? For instance I do my lawyers computer/network work for large discounts.

Good Luck

Just another "band-aid" until things bottom-out?

I know this post is old but...

Generally the person who would sell for 70% less would be an owner in distress... they haven't made it to the listing agent yet because a creative investor has found them first.
They might have some type of hardship or may need quick cash. These people aren't the same as the sellers who are waiting for agents to get their house sold and have the time to wait.

Hope that helps.

I definately believe in the motivational power of this book to enable different views on money and success. This book started it all for me.

I was actually looking for an entrepeneureal book to learn about business and the title caught my eye. I didn't put it down till I was done.

I've read almost all of Richards books and while they aren't strategy based, they have allowed me to broaden my thinking and investigate more ideas. And the more knowledge I gain the easier it is to learn new things.

I give an A+ for educational inspiration!

Hi everybody.
I'm from New England with a focus in southeast CT and southern RI.
I've lived here most my life and am very familiar with the market.
I have been doing much reading on biggerpockets and A LOT of research with some great books that I can recommend if anybody is interested!
I will be acquiring my first investment property within the next 6 months and I hope I can rely on some good feedback here!

Thanks!
Ryan
