@Ugwu Uche I attended the Georgia REIA new investors subgroup. It is a paid group but was more edicational and there was no advertising or pitches.

Welcome to biggerpockets!  I am new to investing as well and in the same position. This site offers a lot of great material to learn.  I just attended my first GAREIA meeting this week which I would recommend whether its that one or another club. Best of luck!

Hey everyone! My name is Greg Byers and I am a Physical Therapist. My wife and I have recently moved from Hoboken, NJ to Cumming, GA. I have been a member of Bigger Pockets and have enjoyed using all the resources it provides to further my knowledge in real estate investing over the past 6 months. My goal is to begin investing in SFH with a buy and hold strategy. Since I am new to the area I am trying to get to know the Northern Atlanta area and look forward to making it our new home. I would love to meet up and get to know other investors in the area for coffee on me if interested. Thank you!

Thanks Mark.  Yea I love it in Hoboken.  That was a great move holding on to those condos.  I think Hoboken may be out of our price range right now but I am always open to opportunities.

Hey everyone! My name is Greg Byers and I am new to real estate investing.  I am currently working as a Physical Therapist but would like to additionally pursue real estate investing in buy and hold single family homes or condos.  I live in Hoboken and am thinking about areas in hudson county but am open to anything.  I am just trying to learn as much as I can right and really appreciate this site and and any feedback.  Thanks!
