Where can I find washer and dryer machines with digital or card payment options suitable for a four-unit property in  Dayton Ohio? What is the average cost for purchase, installation, and the associated app? Additionally, what are the typical maintenance costs for these machines?

My house is on the market and I was in the processing of closing however a storm damaged property. My claim was approved and the buyers are good with , however if I sell the house will I still get funds to restore property or will insurance company close claim and not pay out?

This might be an abnormal question however this is the situation. I currently have a rent-to-own in New Orleans which was profiting well due to the terms of the contract. Buyers of the bond for deed stopped paying rent and breached the contract now I am stuck with the home. It's a nice home however the numbers won't work renting normally and in the meantime, while I'm evicting the process I want to get the house on market at least with a coming soon or something. Can that be done?

For the right duplex, I would house hack but in the Columbus, Oh area but haven't found anything that affordable 400-500k that I would want my family and I to live in. Before my wife and I had out daughter all the projects we did in California were house hacks however now at a different dynamic with a kid.

This inquiry has had my head going around in circles. Do you have any suggestions for lenders as to where I should look? Local Banks, Big Banks etc.....

I have been looking at many properties for my next project "Rental Buy and Hold" and will be doing this project solo financially. My price range with being able to put down a minimum of 25-30 percent is a max of 150,000. I have done some research and the information I am getting is that most banks on fiance a minium of 150,000. Does that seem right? Also if this is right if I purchase a property for 150,000 and but down 25% the loan would be lower than 150,000 and I couldn't get normal conventional fiancing.
