@Joshua McMillion what kind of incentives do you place in a contract? Do you have standard forms you can share?

@Frank Geiger thank you! Is the funding table by state or is that standard across the board.

Hello all,

Long story short my reserve contract was up and I moved on from the military. I did not deploy or serve active duty time beside technical training and did not receive a dd214 when I left. I am having trouble finding the documentation I need and get the run around when I try to get help from the VA.

Here is what I have

DD214 from when I got out of basic training and tech school.

The documents from when I separated and show I was in good standing.

Do i need additional documents to get a VA loan?

Is this all a lender would need?

I served in the reserves for 6 years.

@Lester Scott

Hey Lester I am an investor in Columbus. My fiance is from Youngstown and have been amazed at the price difference between the two towns. Are you familiar with any turn key companies in Youngstown? Looking to add to my rental portfolio.

I am looking for 100% financing on a rental real estate venture. I want to aquire 3 duplexes that are all next to each other. Cost could be 50k-65k per duplex depending on the condition of them. would expect to put about 10k in each unit so 20k per unit. So all in cost is any where from 190k to 255k. Each unit can rent for 700 to 800 based on surrounding duplex rentals (one of which I own). My credit is shot at the moment due to completing financing on a 203k loan. The cash flow from these 3 would more than pay for them selves once refinanced. Just need help taking that next step. Anyone have advice on how to get this done?

Linda,

Thanks for answering. So as far as the mortgage being paid on the rental property, should that be linked to the business account for automatic payment? Or should I use personal account? And what about security deposit? Should that be a separate account link to the business account?
