That's where I'm looking to buy my first property there is a lot of activity and the prices are good to get my feet wet for the first time.  Are you into rehabbing or whole sale?

Hey i just checked out your profile and you are not far from me. I consider my self a new investor but i read on your profile you bought your first property in 2013. You should be giving advice to us newbies looking for guidance out here. And your first property was it a flip or hold?

I would love to know how your first property was funded was it conventional or hard money?

Thanks @JeffMorelock I have looked for investment clubs and even mentors in my area and nothing. But my goal with REI is to generate passive income so I can become financially free. I can fix a home but I know nothing about putting a deal together or the tecnicalities. Basically I'm a contractor that needs to learn everything else.

Im new to investing I'm a union electrician I can fix about anything in a home but I really dont know how to get started flipping or holding homes. I really dont want to just jump in with out knowledge and hopefully a person that can point me in the right direction. Any help will do thanks in advance.
