Great, congratulations! Which state?

@David Wong

Have been looking but did not find any.

I have been searching for opportunities to buy and hold rental properties in Southern Delaware which is not too far from where I live. After talking to many brokers and property managers I did not felt there is a strong rental market.

Any one has first hand experience? Am I right in my assessment?

@Chris DeMello

Thanks Chris. I am in conversation with third federal. They have a limit of 200k on HELOC and I was hoping to get more of it. I may still go with it as it has a lower rate.

@Brandon Penn

Congratulations and this is inspiring. What is the average price per door you are getting? Looks it will take me forever to get to where you are. I can only get 3 to 5 doors per year. Here in my area each door cost 200k.
