Hello,

I am currently working for a small Brokerage and I come across Multi Family owners who would like to see a proposal package put together, my old company had the resources to do this in house.  So does anyone have a referral to outsource this type of Proposal/ Marketing Package. Thank you for your help.

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent looking for a position with a Multi Family/ Commercial Real Estate Company. I am a highly motivated, self-starter, who is looking for a company that can offer some structure, Apartment Database and a proven system. I am looking for something in West Los Angeles, LAX or Torrance areas. Let me know if you know if anything.

Hello Bp Community,

I want to start working with an Apartment Syndication, however I would like to educate myself as much as possible. Can anyone tell me if there is a live course/classes on Apartment Analysis, something along the lines of a certification process ( if such exists ). Thank you in advance.

We received a phone call from a letter we sent to a distressed property, the owner would like to joint venture with us to fix up and sell the property.  The owner went to his attorney and the attorney advise to have us put the deal in writing. Does anyone have experience putting together written proposals. Looking for a little advice so we can come across professional and the real deal. Need help on the best structure.

Thanks BP community.
