Hi All,

I went through their consulting session.  Their price was $18,0000.  The program sounds great. Probably better than most that I've talked to. I'm wondering what did other people paid.  They had suggested I go through buying of duplexing to four plexings program to start scaling small first.

Any recent feedback on them?

Hi Sandy

I am an out of state investor and was just looking for a PM in Chattanooga. I am still building out my team there.

the cost and rates match what people are saying above.

When I finally picked a PM I choose someone who

1. Always responded and communicated well

2. Was aligned on where I wanted to invest

best of luck. If you are ever interested in connecting I am always looking to meet others investors in that area

Please let me know about the next one I'm March.

Interested in the next meetup..  it was mentioned to signed up for the next one where at?  Is there a link?

Thank you

Hi Alex. You're 17 think about getting your bachelor's first if that's the route you want to go. As someone has their MBA I thought it was a great ROI for myself. One of the questions I have is why can't you do both? If you start a multi family what's stopping you from going to school at the same time. Also I recommend working a bit before getting your MBA that way you can relate to some of the topics discussed. I'll also leave you with some comments from my real estate friends from MBA school. Most can't remember what they learned in school but many built awesome relationships and client lists based on school.

What ever path you choose I wish you the best of luck.

Anyone interested in starting a zoom meet up?

I just closed on a SFH in Vegas. Looking for more.

interested in talking to others instead of just my own head.

I am more than happy to setup a zoom for us.
