@Tyler Bains Thank you for reaching out. As of right now, I am currently just looking in the Phoenix area, but if I can decide to venture out of AZ. I can keep you in mind. I do hear great things about the Texas Market. As far as structure, I was thinking of making it an equal share ownership so that everyone has equity and everyone has some type of role in the management of the asset. 

@Nick Robinson that's great. I have not and that is why I am currently looking to build a small team of people with experience so that we can take something like this down.

@arun I don't but I am currently looking.

That's awesome! I am looking around the same 4-20 units. I want to do a JV with multifamily here in AZ. Toughest part for me is building up funds fast enough to invest after paying off all of my personal debt.
