I just got Patrick's link for the same thing today and came looking as you did. Shame no one has replied yet.

I know there is another system similar to this out there. However, it doesn't seem to have the training modules for the scouts. It's really only an input/tracking software and app.

Have you done any further looking into this at all?

Hey Christian. I get your plight. Is it Greg Beeeety or Batey or Baty etc. for a while I was going to switch to my middle name and use Gregory Scott. However, I was told that as this was not my "legal" name, I could not use it in legal process. I decided changing my name legally was a hassle and stuck with Gregory Beaty. So far it's working as well as it ever did.

My point, you may want to check with your local authorities to see if you can leagally use and alias.

Good luck and let us know what you find out and ultimately do.

Regards,

Greg

If it's a Matrix event, the only experienced people present will be the people selling the Matrix program to the many people there looking to actually network with experienced investors.

Arizona Real Estate Investors Association is the ONLY legitimate group in Phoenix. Any other group is likely run my one of the literally hundreds of wannabe "guru's" in the valley.

Good luck!

You could earn a salary or an hourly wage if you went to work for a real estate agent or team as a real estate assistant or a transaction coordinator. Many people start there then work their way into selling. This gives them a safe salary to live on while they are learning the game.

Don't be discouraged by the "only/old" way of doing things. There are always options. You only have to make them useful to your needs.

If you have a Redfin agency near you, they pay their contract writing agents a salary plus bonuses. This would be the only way to get paid before making a sale.

That, or you could sell timeshare. Often, you can get front money in timeshare sales. Especially if you're willing to travel outside the USA to do it. I sold timeshare in Mexico for a season and did VERY well.

Most of the real estate investors I know in the Phoenix metro area have all but given up on finding "good" deals. Wholesaling simply doesn't happen in market conditions like these. Even the most sub-par properties are getting full and over asking offers sometimes within hours of hitting the MLS. Many of the guys I know in the business have gone and got their real estate license and are making more money doing traditional real estate deals.

Good luck! 🙂

Another vote for Sideline.

It's great for keeping personal and professional life separated.

This is very important!

Yes.

One must write their exam within twelve months of eligibility. Afterwhich another 90 hour course must be taken.

Hey Calvin, I'd say it very much depends on what you want to do.

Personally, I debated doing the RE Assistant thing. But later decided to go full on and hire good RE Assistant to handle the things I'm most weak at
