A couple books i've enjoyed recently.

Multi-family Millionaire by Brandon Turner.

Abc's of buying rental property by Ken McElroy

Loopholes of real estate by Garrett Sutton. 

All of them were insightful and easy reads. I'm originally from Canada and have only been in the US for around 7 years so I found the loopholes of real estate really helpful. It opened my eyes to the amazing tax advantages of real estate that i wasn't aware of.
