Hello,

Brand new to the real estate world. As a newbie I understand it would be difficult to receive loans from banks or HMLs that would have a great rate. My question is would it be better to fund myself, meaning borrowing from 401K and IRA to fund or keep trying with the banks, credit union or HMLs? My plan is to invest in C locations for now due to them being cheaper to fund. TIA for the responses.
