HEY PRO MEMBERS!!! My name is Greg and i just upgraded to the pro so im extremely excited. For those who are interested me and my girlfriend are new investors and we are looking to do it all. My goal for this year are 3 things, Flip a property, buy a rental , and go to Africa.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM A OWNER OF A VACANT LOT THAT IS LOOKING TO SELL HIS 40X100 LOT IN BROOKLYN. IT'S SURROUNDED BY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS SO IM SURE IT HAS ALL THE NECESSITIES FOR DEVELOPMENT. THIS WAS A RESULT OF MY YELLOW LETTER CAMPAIGN SO MY QUESTION IS WHAT SHOULD BE MY NEXT STEPS IN TRYING TO WHOLESALE THIS LOT?

I was under that I can fix a property using hard money the pay back the loan by refinancing the property, and my the tenants pay off the mortgage. Does that make sense?

Can anyone share the best way to evaluate a rental property.  Im from brooklyn looking to wholesale but I'm not sure how to negotiate on a rental.  What's the formula !?
